Fan clubs on Melodon let you support the artists you love directly — and get closer to them in return. Exclusive posts, a direct line from the artist to your phone, and most of what you pay goes to the artist.
A fan club is a paid membership that lets you support an artist directly, every month, instead of through a fraction of a cent per stream. In return you get a closer view of their work: posts only members see, early looks at what's next, and messages that come straight from the artist.
On Melodon, fan clubs sit right next to the music. You stream an artist's songs, talk with other fans in their community, ask them questions in AskMe, and join their fan club — all in the same app.
You never have to pay to listen, follow an artist or join their community. Music and community stay free for everyone. A fan club is the optional extra for the fans who want to do more.
The broadcast channel is where artists talk to their closest fans: text updates, photos, voice notes and polls, sent straight to you as a notification. Only the artist posts, so the channel stays signal, not noise — and you can react to every message.
Most of your membership goes to the artist. Founding artists on Melodon keep 90% of net fan club revenue; the standard split is 85%. That's real money for independent musicians, coming from the people who care most about their music.
Fans can also send tips and buy paid drops — a post or track unlocked for a one-time price — on the web.
A thousand passive streams barely buy an artist a coffee. A few hundred superfans can pay for the next record. Fan clubs turn the fans who already show up to every show, buy every shirt and share every release into the people who make the next release possible.
